This is a book about prayer. I was attracted by the title in the first instance because I was looking for a book about God's love and felt I needed some encouragement on the subject. When I opened it I found it was a collection from a lot of different people giving short testimonies about prayer and how it had affected them and the people they prayed for. Within a few minutes I was spellbound. I read the whole book in a few hours and the inspiration from it is still with me now, several months later. This book will inspire you to pray and give you insight into HOW to pray. It is often touching and very simple and easy to read. It is people's personal thoughts and honest feelings about prayer and made me realise that prayer is a lot easier than I thought! This book teaches us that prayer is not some complicated and "holy" duty whereby we try to manipulate God into doing things for us but a simple and everyday activity every one of us can do. These testimonies show that prayer is a privelege and not a chore!
